Start with your actual agreement
Find the clauses covering notice, exclusivity, final charges, working files and any responsibilities that continue after the end date. Identify the contact and method specified for notices.
Write down unclear or disputed wording and get advice on that agreement where needed. This checklist organises an operational handover; it does not determine whether a clause is enforceable in a particular jurisdiction.
- Notice method and proposed end date.
- Work due before the end of the collaboration.
- Final reporting and any disputed amount.
Record the position before handover
Save the reports, agreed charges and correspondence you are entitled to keep. Record balances, pending payouts, promotion commitments and the reporting cut-off so both sides discuss the same period.
List content files, schedules, social accounts and tools used in the work. Agree what will be transferred and by when; do not collect subscriber data or other material you have no right or operational need to retain.
Review account control and working sessions
Confirm your recovery email, security settings and payout configuration through the platform. Inventory the agency’s active permissions and agree the handover sequence.
Fansly’s Management Sessions guidance explains deleting a session to revoke access. Review active sessions and the current security instructions when the team no longer needs its working permissions.

Reconcile the final period
Ask for a final statement using the agreed revenue basis, deductions and cut-off. Separate earned amounts, pending platform payments and any adjustment the parties dispute.
Confirm the end date, files received and access removed in writing. If you move to another agency, define new permissions rather than reusing an old team’s access links or assumptions.
- Report and payout periods match.
- Each deduction has an explained basis.
- Outstanding questions have a named next step.
Questions and answers
- Can I always leave immediately?
- Do not assume that. Review the notice and termination wording in your actual agreement and get advice on any disputed obligation.
- Does revoking access terminate the agreement?
- Treat access permissions and contractual obligations as separate questions. A technical change does not resolve disputed notice, charges or final accounting.
- How do I remove a Fansly manager’s access?
- Fansly describes deleting the relevant Management Session to revoke its access. Check the current instructions and review any other active sessions.
- What should the final report contain?
- Use the agreed period and calculation basis, with revenue, deductions, pending payouts and adjustments separated so the creator’s final amount can be reconciled.
